In 1983, Mr. Peterson received his A.B. in American Studies, with distinction, from Stanford University.
Mr. Peterson received his J.D. in 1986 from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Experience, Litigation Philosophy, and Areas of Practice
Mr. Peterson has been practicing law since 1986. He has been a sole practitioner, a partner in a large Los Angeles firm, and a co-founder of a litigation boutique in Orange County. Mr. Peterson's experience includes extensive complex motion work, arbitrations, and trials, including jury trials. Mr. Peterson has a multi-faceted practice background. He is cost-conscious, creative, personable and practical.
